Very friendly, affordable, and fast service! Took my Mac to get a RAM upgrade and it was completed in about 15/20 minutes! (I supplied the RAM so heads up to those not confident in your own ability to do this; they’re a budget friendly option with quick turnaround and still cheaper than paying Apple prices for RAM.)

Do not look anywhere else for cell phone, tablet or computer repairs! We have taken in 3 or 4 devices now and the customer service is unbelievable. They have a no fix, no pay policy however we have never had them unable to fix any of our issues. Their prices are super reasonable. The two guys are friendly, helpful and very professional. My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. I had it fixed with TecFix…they made a free diagnostic…battery wa replaced however the issue still persists…I returned it to them…they warranted the battery without any charges…Jin was very patient and professionally explained to me the issues…big thanks…TecFix is worth recommending.
