Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information that TecFix received through our website, customer-support system, email, Facebook, Instagram, or another communication channel.
How to submit a request
- Email sales@tecfix.ca with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name and the email address, telephone number, Facebook profile, or Instagram username used to contact TecFix.
- Describe the conversation, account, or information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
- We may ask for reasonable verification to ensure the request concerns your information.
After verification, TecFix will delete or anonymize applicable information from systems we control within a reasonable period and will confirm completion by email. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for transaction records, warranty administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.
Facebook and Instagram settings
You may also remove TecFix’s access through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing access on Meta’s services does not automatically delete records already provided to TecFix, so please use the email process above if you also want TecFix to delete eligible information from our systems.
