Do not look anywhere else for cell phone, tablet or computer repairs! We have taken in 3 or 4 devices now and the customer service is unbelievable. They have a no fix, no pay policy however we have never had them unable to fix any of our issues. Their prices are super reasonable. The two guys are friendly, helpful and very professional. TecFix really came through repairing my daughters Macbook Air. Stepped on at
a basketball game bent the case and smashed track pad and battery. Thought it may be done. Gary was extremely infomative over the phone and explained process to troubleshoot.and gave a preliminary estimate. They really stepped up and helped me when I needed my MacBook Pro fixed. They diagnosed it accurately, in line with what Apple had said and were very kind and professional. Could have been a bit quicker as the whole process took almost 3 weeks, but it was during the Christmas holidays.
