My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. I had it fixed with TecFix…they made a free diagnostic…battery wa replaced however the issue still persists…I returned it to them…they warranted the battery without any charges…Jin was very patient and professionally explained to me the issues…big thanks…TecFix is worth recommending.

Do not look anywhere else for cell phone, tablet or computer repairs! We have taken in 3 or 4 devices now and the customer service is unbelievable. They have a no fix, no pay policy however we have never had them unable to fix any of our issues. Their prices are super reasonable. The two guys are friendly, helpful and very professional. I brought my Galaxy A5 to TecFix to get the charging port replaced. Two other shops turned the job down because they said they did not solder. Imagine, specializing in repairing electronics and they don't solder.???
Gary , from TecFix , told me the repair would be no problem. I mentioned it was my only phone and it would be nice to get it back asap due to a family member's illness. He told me he would try to get it done the same day. Two hours later I got a call to let me know it was done.
Service like that is hard to find now a day's and it was very much appreciated.
