TecFix really came through repairing my daughters Macbook Air. Stepped on at
a basketball game bent the case and smashed track pad and battery. Thought it may be done. Gary was extremely infomative over the phone and explained process to troubleshoot.and gave a preliminary estimate. In person service was friendly and helpful and repair was done at quoted price and as delivered as promised next day. Very pleased with the service provided. Recommend this provider for apple product repair.

Do not look anywhere else for cell phone, tablet or computer repairs! We have taken in 3 or 4 devices now and the customer service is unbelievable. They have a no fix, no pay policy however we have never had them unable to fix any of our issues. Their prices are super reasonable. The two guys are friendly, helpful and very professional. Gary helped me out with a botched repair of my own. I called ahead of time and to my surprise knew instantly what to do not even looking at the phone. Went in, quoted me the price, had it done within 3 hours and phone works like new now! Highly recommended and extremely knowledgeable staff! Well done!

Excellent service! Brought my macbook pro to them after visiting the apple store and was able to save $400 by not having to replace the entire logic board. They made my laptop their top priority, as I needed my data asap for school.

I brought my Galaxy A5 to TecFix to get the charging port replaced. Two other shops turned the job down because they said they did not solder. Imagine, specializing in repairing electronics and they don't solder.???
Gary , from TecFix , told me the repair would be no problem. I mentioned it was my only phone and it would be nice to get it back asap due to a family member's illness. He told me he would try to get it done the same day. Two hours later I got a call to let me know it was done.
Service like that is hard to find now a day's and it was very much appreciated.

Very friendly, affordable, and fast service! Took my Mac to get a RAM upgrade and it was completed in about 15/20 minutes! (I supplied the RAM so heads up to those not confident in your own ability to do this; they’re a budget friendly option with quick turnaround and still cheaper than paying Apple prices for RAM.)

The Tecfix guys were a huge help with updating my computers, they were easy to work with, and were willing to help with follow up questions. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!
