My Macbook's headphone jack was acting up for months. I've been ripped off by the Apple store a few times before, so I was dreading taking it in to them. Very friendly, affordable, and fast service! Took my Mac to get a RAM upgrade and it was completed in about 15/20 minutes! (I supplied the RAM so heads up to those not confident in your own ability to do this; they’re a budget friendly option with quick turnaround and still cheaper than paying Apple prices for RAM.)

Very impressed with the continuing customer service of these folks. I had challenges migrating my data back onto my wiped-clean laptop and they took care of that promptly. Then they repeatedly followed up by phone to ensure that I wasn't having any more problems with my original virus. Very thorough. I absolutely recommend this business!
