Gary helped me out with a botched repair of my own. I called ahead of time and to my surprise knew instantly what to do not even looking at the phone. They really stepped up and helped me when I needed my MacBook Pro fixed. They diagnosed it accurately, in line with what Apple had said and were very kind and professional. Could have been a bit quicker as the whole process took almost 3 weeks, but it was during the Christmas holidays.
