Gary helped me out with a botched repair of my own. I called ahead of time and to my surprise knew instantly what to do not even looking at the phone. Went in, quoted me the price, had it done within 3 hours and phone works like new now! Highly recommended and extremely knowledgeable staff! Well done!

Very impressed with the continuing customer service of these folks. I had challenges migrating my data back onto my wiped-clean laptop and they took care of that promptly. TecFix really came through repairing my daughters Macbook Air. Stepped on at
a basketball game bent the case and smashed track pad and battery. Thought it may be done. Gary was extremely infomative over the phone and explained process to troubleshoot.and gave a preliminary estimate. In person service was friendly and helpful and repair was done at quoted price and as delivered as promised next day. Very pleased with the service provided. My Macbook's headphone jack was acting up for months. I've been ripped off by the Apple store a few times before, so I was dreading taking it in to them. I found TecFront through Google, and they did an amazing job. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my computer was ready for pick up later that day. I brought my Galaxy A5 to TecFix to get the charging port replaced. Two other shops turned the job down because they said they did not solder. Imagine, specializing in repairing electronics and they don't solder.???
Gary , from TecFix , told me the repair would be no problem. I mentioned it was my only phone and it would be nice to get it back asap due to a family member's illness. He told me he would try to get it done the same day. Two hours later I got a call to let me know it was done.
Service like that is hard to find now a day's and it was very much appreciated.

TecFix provided me with outstanding service! In the midst of a deadline, my laptop stopped working. After a brief telephone call, I dropped it off, explained my situation and by the end of the same day I had it back good a new. My experience was great. The price was fair. They really stepped up and helped me when I needed my MacBook Pro fixed. They diagnosed it accurately, in line with what Apple had said and were very kind and professional. Could have been a bit quicker as the whole process took almost 3 weeks, but it was during the Christmas holidays.
