My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. I had it fixed with TecFix…they made a free diagnostic…battery wa replaced however the issue still persists…I returned it to them…they warranted the battery without any charges…Jin was very patient and professionally explained to me the issues…big thanks…TecFix is worth recommending.

Very impressed with the continuing customer service of these folks. I had challenges migrating my data back onto my wiped-clean laptop and they took care of that promptly. TecFix really came through repairing my daughters Macbook Air. Stepped on at
a basketball game bent the case and smashed track pad and battery. Thought it may be done. Gary was extremely infomative over the phone and explained process to troubleshoot.and gave a preliminary estimate.
