Very impressed with the continuing customer service of these folks. I had challenges migrating my data back onto my wiped-clean laptop and they took care of that promptly. (I supplied the RAM so heads up to those not confident in your own ability to do this; they’re a budget friendly option with quick turnaround and still cheaper than paying Apple prices for RAM.)

TecFix really came through repairing my daughters Macbook Air. Stepped on at
a basketball game bent the case and smashed track pad and battery. Thought it may be done. My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. I had it fixed with TecFix…they made a free diagnostic…battery wa replaced however the issue still persists…I returned it to them…they warranted the battery without any charges…Jin was very patient and professionally explained to me the issues…big thanks…TecFix is worth recommending.
