I brought my Galaxy A5 to TecFix to get the charging port replaced. Two other shops turned the job down because they said they did not solder. Imagine, specializing in repairing electronics and they don't solder.???
Gary , from TecFix , told me the repair would be no problem. I mentioned it was my only phone and it would be nice to get it back asap due to a family member's illness. He told me he would try to get it done the same day. Two hours later I got a call to let me know it was done.
Service like that is hard to find now a day's and it was very much appreciated.

Do not look anywhere else for cell phone, tablet or computer repairs! We have taken in 3 or 4 devices now and the customer service is unbelievable. They have a no fix, no pay policy however we have never had them unable to fix any of our issues. Their prices are super reasonable. The two guys are friendly, helpful and very professional. We will never use anyone but this place! Thanks for being such an awesome, trustworthy business!

My Macbook's headphone jack was acting up for months. I've been ripped off by the Apple store a few times before, so I was dreading taking it in to them. My Ipad mini was having battery problems…though fully charged it got drained our quickly. TecFix provided me with outstanding service! In the midst of a deadline, my laptop stopped working. After a brief telephone call, I dropped it off, explained my situation and by the end of the same day I had it back good a new. My experience was great. The price was fair. Excellent service! Had a battery replaced in my old Samsung S7. They had it done in just over an hour for less than I was expecting. I will definitely come back for my phone and computer needs.

Gary helped me out with a botched repair of my own. I called ahead of time and to my surprise knew instantly what to do not even looking at the phone.
